YC the Cynic’s new mixtape Fall FWD drops March 1st.

YC’s long anticipated Fall FWD project features production by J57 and 2 Hungry Bros, among others, along with remixed versions of tracks by Oddisee, Lupe Fiasco, and Cee-Lo. The project boasts guest appearances by J-Live, C-Rayz Walz, Von Pea (of Tanya Morgan), Soul Khan, Sene and more.

So here we have a new 8 track FreEP from G Rap, presumably meant to get us in the proper mindframe for his upcoming full length Riches, Royalty, Respect. There aren’t too many surprises here, it’s your standard G Rap fare, vivid street cinema and flawless verbal acrobatics. And I wouldn’t expect any less.

In Kanye’s only magazine cover shoot of the season, he shows that he’s finally done talking and wants his art to speak for itself. He has literally put his money where his mouth is, and in tandem, VMAN has issued a promotion where one in ten covers contain REAL dollar bills. It’s the ‘thrill of the game’ – and who better to illustrate this than one of the most controversial music and fashion icons of our generation.
