I hate with a passion, like every fiber of my being running distance. I’m about to head out to the gym now… but all I do is lift (upper and core) and back when a naggha was younger this was cool, but now that I’ve had an ankle surgery..(last year city tourney, faggot did a bruce bowen play and put his foot up under a ninja whilst I was shooting a jumper, destroyed my ankle) anyway, I’m back hooping, quickness is back speed is not, but I can’t run long distances now, because my stride is off, right knee be hurting like fuck. I just started doing weights on the legs, but man… I have no clue what the fuck I’m supposed to do to get right. A nigga even pulled out the strength shoes recently.. I should have emailed this shit.. prognosis? What kind of workout shit would you recommend?

Are you just trying to get strength back into your legs, or are you looking for distance running/ cardio advice?
