from what i read…
seems like either (or a combination of)
A)Nas just doesnt have the money available
B) his financial team (includign accountants, but also others) is fucking up by not paying whats due and/or not taking care of items as they arrive.
C) property owners couldnt get in touch with Nas/his team, so lien was filed. (IDK about this one, more likely they got sent to an old office or something along those lines.. still less likely)
its VERY POSSIBLE Nas bought the places, and assumed/had hte understanding that his financial team would take care of the rest….
we dont know.
