We’re assuming the meeting with Puff awhile back went well. In an interview with VIBE, Sheek says before things go any further, it’s up to Interscope to let the Lox go. Bad Boy 4 life?

We are stuck in that position. As far as Kiss, myself and Styles, we are ready for a new deal. We are good with Diddy…he has agreed with what we are looking for as far as financially and everything. Other labels are also throwing offers at us to make a LOX reunion album happen. But it’s really about our lawyers moving everybody out the way and making a deal happen.”

Soy based Protein in the morning and Casien Protein before you go to bed. Eliminate long bouts of cardio (limit it to 15-20 minutes of high intensity) and try a 5×5 lifting program for 8 weeks.
For food, stick with Whole Wheat products, Peanut Butter, and high protein, low fat foods, like Steak, Chicken, and Fish.
