The best example for me is Rick Ross. I heard his stuff when he first started, since it was impossible to avoid him, but I didn’t give dude a serious listen until Nas got on a track with him (Usual Suspects).

Ouch, but i was just telling my boy that Kanye needs better execution with these songs. He has the right idea but poor execution. Putting Kid Cudi on some of these songs is like doing 70 on the highway and seeing a cop car. Completely fucks up the momentum and fluidness of the track.
He also need to do a better job at picking who should go with who on songs. I read that Banks said he might be on a good friday song with Nas. Ok, so, now we know that Nas is gonna be on one of them. So, having that knowledge why not put Nas, Hov, Pusha Banks and ‘Ye on the same song and have a 2010 Reservoir Dogs???
