LF: Before I got a my current job, I faced some federal charges from my old job because some chick chose to lie to protect her peoples. I didnt know they knew each other the whole time I was going through trial, but was wondering why she fingered me (pause). It wasnt making any sense. Years later dude requested my friendship on fb. I took the time to go though his friends and saw her, and sure enough they were good friends.
Summary: he was the dude that was doing dirt, actually she was doing the dirt on his behalf. She got caught and didnt want to rat on him. So they came up with the plan to put the blame on me. Shit cost me my job… But i’m eating way better today. Funny how things work out. I beat trial, cost me a pretty penny, but their (prosecutor -postal police) facts werent adding up.

Just got back from The Black Keys show. Their pre-set playlist was pretty ill, a lot of soul music and an interesting Temptations/Peter Bjorn and John mashup.
Then they came out to GZA’s ‘Liquid Swords’. A while into the show, they announced they were bringing out some friends to play some songs, and I was convinced they were bringing out Raekwon or Mos Def or someone to do some BlakRoc stuff. Unfortunately, it was just a bassist and a keyboard player. Overall, a really good show.
