I think T.I. is great rapper, but he someone who relies almost ENTIRELY on the “it” factor at times.
He’ll never be in the GOAT conversation cause of his rap “style”. He raps like he’s talking to his homies and talks big shit (no stories, no metaphors/punchlines, etc.).
But his flow is second to none in the game. Eminem has the best FLOW in rap in my opinion and even he said T.I.’s flow influences his.
