i know there’s dudes like cOLD that prolly do relate to the LP on a higher level, but most of the niggas speaking on Illmatic is following the wave, cause nobody listens to that joint anymore and it wasnt that popular when it came out… it took awhile for that joint to pick up steam…

IMO its his only complete classic LP..
^scientifically speaking, this is impossible… how can a follow-up album be greater that the one that spawned it. Without Illmatic making such an impact, there would be no stillmatic.

How can Lil wayne be classed as the best rapper alive, when all his bars are just Punchline after punchline… Dudes not even in my top ten. It really aggravates me how everyone who doesn’t listen to Hip-Hop thinks he’s the best. Real Hip-Hop heads know the deal though.
