This is the most interesting part of Jeezys career…

And it’s here during the time Gucci Mane is most popular

Jeezy need to beef with Ross and Gucci more openly…

^Beefing with these two right now is suicide. Gucci, for a reason i still can’t understand, is hot right now. And Ross is hotter than him. If Jeezy were to openly go at one of them, he might as well throw in the towel and call it a day
    ^^

LOL. I was joking. I know that.

THe best option I could see is to make a slow transition into more experimental stuff. Maybe make an album just like 101 with a few different sounds on there. But its obvious Jeezy can make a hit like the ones he already has and then have a song that is a departure from normal Jeezy, something he might be interested in, not a Drake song, something that would still be him.

    Jeezy… Call Ye.

    LOL

That’s why those Kobe, Lebron and real BMF songs didn’t last that long

  8. Big_seth aka Bruce Bamma Says:

I could see Jeezy dropping an album with some tracks like “Can’t tell me nothin” or “Amazin” and killin that shit. And its not a huge departure for him.

That would at least give him the appearance of branching out a little. But he still needs another hit like Go Crazy or something.

seriously though.. ye has worked with him before, so they have a bit of history, and if anyone could put him back on track, it’s kanye.

THIS!…..i think a switch in production would do him some good

more verses like the one he did for Unforgetable would be a good look

  14. Big_seth aka Bruce Bamma Says:

Jeezy might destroy a beat like MC Hammer and BMF with some good adlibs though too.

is this a thinly disguised LexLuger co-sign?
dude made a dope song, but is mad one dimensional. he’ll be a nobody again soon enough

  18. Big_seth aka Bruce Bamma Says:

I think Ye has a good ear for reinventing rappers.

Let’s forget about BP3. Not now at least

But I think A few well placed Ye beats on a Jeezy album and some of those older 101 & 102 type beats would be great for Jeezy.

Yep, and he either can’t or won’t branch out to reach that KanYe-Jay level of reinvention.

^But why? The shit that he’s been doing has been working… I don’t think its gonna be any different on this album. and even if it is, its nothing to go back to trap crack rap

    ^^^

There’s a law of diminishing returns. I’m not talking about coming out with “404 and Heartbreak” or “The Jeezyprint”, I’m talking about branching out sonically, different beats, different styles of rap. I’m sure he can keep it “real” without sounding like everyone else in the world of crack rap.

My preference is to hear him make a song in 2010 that doesn’t sound like the same shit he made in 2005, and I don’t think that’s unfair to ask of any artist.

lol. hence the name I suppose.

but like they sayin Jeezy’s lane is clogged right now. I think he is still the best at that type of shit. He seems like he doesn’t know that though. Like he’s discouraged. LOL. He could easily prove it with going back to his basics and a few branches out. Just make sure them adlibs on point.

You know what, I’ll add Drumma Boy to the equation before I co-sign.

What ? The Recession is the whole point of sayin’ he fell off. Sayin’ he fell off is automatically co-signing The Recession.

  29. Big_seth aka Bruce Bamma Says:

I’m not counting jeezy out, but He seems unsure about what and how he will prove his trap superiority.LOL

I HATED Vacation and we all know how that album turned out. Im not a fan of All White Everything, but Lose My Mind is a nice club song, and I still havent listened to Jizzle. Im just saying, he has a pretty nice track record with albums, so im not ready to write him bcuz of a 1 or 2 songs that arent that great.

  37. Hopp Says:

” I HATED Vacation and we all know how that album turned out. ”

He had Put On. The album before, he had I Luv It. So it’s not the same situation. I like Lose My Mind, but it’s not either I Luv It or Put On status.

  38. Hopp Says:

” and I still havent listened to Jizzle. ”

Oh, nevermind. Now I see. Listen to the song, come back here and read the comments and it’ll all make sense in an instant.

  42. Cashmere Cavalli aka Snowbunny Sampson Says:

but Jeezy gave the fans different looks with his singles

    TM101: Soul Survivor, Go Crazy,

TM102: Dreamin, Go Getter, I Luv It

TM103: Lose My Mind, All White and Jizzle….and all these shits sound the same
