***nah…I’ve given up/never tried commercial pursuit of my craft- like, when I was younger, I just knew I had the skills to make it, but never bothered to put out a portfolio, LMAO…it’s just a hobby, at this point- I do custom illustrations for my son, from time to time, and portraits for friends/fam…I’m ill @ it, though….always have been….

^Oh you was 21? Yeah, that’s a different story. I couldn’t have did it at 21 either. Shit, just a year before that age I was trying to pledge a fraternity and was JUST gettin’ outta the Christian indoctrination. But if you decide to do it, I would say do it the right way and go through the brothers I know. They’re in DC and they’re not Prince Hall, to say the least. Not that Prince Hall is a bad option, but there’s their way and then there’s a different way.

As for lodges, based on what I know from the inside out… don’t believe the HYPE. If you aint Scottish Rites, Knights Templar, or Knights of Columbus then you really don’t share the same connotations. Plus we all know that Prince Hall lodges are ass backwards since they were started and sanctioned by a white lodge whilst stealing the information from OUR ancestory.
