CurT@!n$ – The Dissertation: The Wu Thesis (Artwork & Tracklist)
Here’s the art and tracklist for the first installment of CurT@!n$ new Dissertation series. For The Wu-Thesis, he goes in over a selection of some of his personal favorite Wu beats. The project is being presented by the Black Scale clothing company, who have also teamed up with CurT@!n$ fashion label Free World, to create a hoody and t-shirt to accompany the release. If you can’t switch up your flow your style is limited…and how do you plan on sounding good over a variety of beats? Even rappers that are hated on here like Gucci can actually flow different ways. With Jada you know he probably just flips to a random page of his notebook when it’s time to rap. I think he’s good though, but still.

A better example would have been “T.I.” but he’s actually a good lyricist who also happens to have a variety of rap deliveries. There’s a difference and I think T.I. only changed his flow up to appeal to the masses.

Some slick punchlines and some borderline mean shit (“This is how we even the bets, we kill everything you love dog, right now – even the pets…”) – he knows his audience, I guess, whether or not he can expand out of that lane is on him/ to be seen.
