Strange choice for a single/video but I guess his people wanted to show the diversity in his content.

But for a true snapshot of Freddie Gibbs and why he’s the best new rapper to hit the scene in the past 4-5 years, go hunt down midwestgangstaboxframecadillacmuzik, the best mixtape of 2009.

That tape shits on most of the albums that have come out since it dropped.

You’re right about that one. You ain’t gon’ give Big Boi’s album a chance ?

  34. AmpGeez a.k.a. Smoke Greene Says:

  35. cOLD Says:

Nah b, i’m in a town called Hagerstown,Maryland, stopped halfway I don’t see how truck drivers do it(NH). Weird ass place too.

^ roff. They be on that no doze… Them red dots do run the motel business tho. I had a bad experience with a hotel recently.. I was gettin some work done on the crib a lil while back and had to stay in a hotel for like 3 days… Wifey’s a stickler for cleansiness, so you know she was checking under beds, behind closets, investigating the carpet etc. Why she find a needle (no syringe) and some pills strewn behind the bedboard. You know she went ape, we was out quick fast and crashed at moms dukes crib. Which was a story in itself ha!

  36. cOLD Says:

You’re right about that one. You ain’t gon’ give Big Boi’s album a chance ?

^This is flawed on so many levels. MOST millionaires actually don’t run big companies, especially S&P, Fortune 500 companies. Most millionaires are under the radar innovators and visionaries who put their plans into fruition. The biggest misconception is that wealth is “instant” or “overnight”. Overstand that most millionaires have failed NUMEROUS times and usually fail more than winning. It’s just only the winning is accounted for, and talked about. The average person is afraid of failure. For the most part is not their fault because of the Euro-centric indoctrination that failure makes you less of a person. This is why people seek job security before entrepreneurship because many are afraid of the risks involved and would rather have a sanctuary of a steady paycheck, health benefits, etc. Neither path is right or wrong, but they’re different because they’re for different types of people. You just have decide which one is more suitable for YOU. Leaving a gig and being broke, hungry, and maybe homeless is not something many would endure nor should they do it if they don’t have to. ESPECIALLY if you have children. But once again, internally, everybody is different and must go the direction that’s most suitable for them and their situation.

    Those are teh lucky few

Im pretty sure most millionaries run companies and such, as in S&P 500, and I can pretty much guaruntee those dudes graduated from college and probably grad school as well. and several certifications.

other “millionaires” out there are lspecial cases. got just as much luck as getting into the NBA…

Eventually rode the wave into other casino developemnts, sold the original land for $85 mill kept all his interests delved into other biz ops and now sits on a quarter billie or more.

^While I have every right to believe of his business ventures, don’t let that “luck” shit for you. One thing you have to understand is that many successful MEN are very competitive. The last thing they’re gonna do is share with you some of the ins and outs on how they got involved in their deals. You don’t just “luck up” on some land. Not trying to be a cynic, just speaking from experience in that particular field. Real estate is very meticulous and not every deal is a good one. Not only that, millionaires work hard to get what they got so they aint givin’ up no info for free. “The game is to be sold, not told”, goes far beyond just pimpin.

If you really wanna learn the ins and outs of ANY business, talk to a woman who has experience in it. Not only is she more open to share (nurturer by nature) but women take pride (whether they admit it or not) in upgrading a man, or CHANGING him rather.

She always told me to pick something I wanted to do and the money would come. I suppose this is true to an extent, but aint no way I’m ever gonna be a millionaire doing what I’m doing. Its highly unlikely. but I do love my job and make good money doing it. I’m very good at it (IMO).

^Doing what you desire to do and the money will come IF you run it as a BUSINESS and not as a JOB.

I don’t know what it is you do, but lets take a painter (artist) for example. Sittin’ around paintin’ stuff and sellin’ lil’ pieces here and there is a good way to get your name out there and make some side money. But we know that’s not gonna get a painter rich. The first thing that painter should do is start going to forums/conventions of his/her particular profession and build with other people doing the same thing. Exchange business cards (you should always have these) and just start dissecting the information that each person shares with you. Use what works, get rid of what doesn’t work or just isn’t your focus. Next that person should work on gettin’ a studio. You can probably get some cheap shit, kinda shabby, and fix it up yourself as you accumulate some more money. In the meantime, you could renting out this studio space to photographers and models who need a place to do shoots. While this is going on, you’re building a rapport with photographers who have access to better quality equipment that you could submit your paintings via email, etc. Use some of that money to take some graphic design courses and now you can digitally remaster those paintings. If the studio has two floors, you have downstairs as a store front and upstairs as a studio that you charge by the hour. And you keep adding different little things that involve your craft. Throw a lil party (they do this in DC a lot) with your paintings on the wall, invite other artists, serve some drinks, and have a bowl where people can drop their business cards.

Of course this is not EXACTLY how it might go but just a template of how you can turn your craft into a business instead of a gig.

Congress addressed a historic wrong on Wednesday afternoon, replacing it instead with a slightly lesser wrong, when the House voted to reduce the disparity in the sentencing of people caught with crack cocaine versus powder cocaine.

To be charged with a felony, crack users needed to possess only 5 grams of the drug. To be hit with the same charge, powder cocaine users needed to be caught with 500 grams. This 100-to-1 disparity has frequently been cited by drug war opponents as exhibit A to buttress their claim that drug laws are racist.

yo is that muslim oil good as opposed to cologne?i need some smell goods and not trying to drop alot , i ve been told that the oil lasts longer

    ^
Funny u ask that, I was just talkin to this OG around my way about that. And he said he fucks with the oils because they last longer and he likes the smells better. He said he even puts a little in his bath and soaks in that shit so it can be like his natural smell. I see the dudes on the train all the time pushin those little bottles but i aint never paid them no mind.

^ On the DC Metro them brothers go HARD. Fuckin’ train doing Mach speed and this dude finds a way to balance a rack of oils whilst walkin’ the aisle and doing backspins to greet potential custies.

That’s part of the reason I fuck with Spitta and Wiz. They truly represent that DIY mentality in Hip Hop that’s been missing for a while. Spitta is doing what he does and has the mentality that he WILL be hov one day… even though that’s unlikely.
