buts thats the thing Detox was never a myth. its was and always was coming out. i know 10 years is a long time but dr dre is a producer first artist second. he doesnt have the same type of drive artists do. hes production comes first before his own music. i mean the man run a full fledge record label. its kinda hard to work on ur own shit when u got like 5 artists wanted to record with you on ur own record label not to metion other artists wanted to work with you as well. there is no “this album betta be the greatest thing ever” cause it wont be. Dre neva said it was gonna be a album like that. what we will get is another Dr dre album. will it change sound? maybe. will it be a classic? proably not. when ur a musician whos have past classic material ppl tend to judge u based on that exp. Nas. Detox is gonna come out . who else is comin out afta eminem on Aftermath? nobdy. ands dre gonna do the samething with Slim tha mobster that he did with snoop dogg on the chronic.
