If it’s cardio, yes, the morning is the best time since your carb depleted and more likely to burn fat during exercise.
But for weights it’s no good because, well, your carb depleted and wont lift as much, which defeats the purpose. Better to carb up beforehand.
Also with Ab work you have to remember the spine is still full of fluid in the morning after you’ve been lying down for 5+ hours, so it’s also an injury risk to repetitively flex your spine at that time. Better to do ab work later on during the day.

^If you go to the Science Center in B’more and see one of them regular “animals of the wild” type flicks, it’s definitely worth it. HUGE theater and the seats are sectioned for the 3D experience. I saw this shit at Loews in White Marsh. All they did was add a curved screen and dropped some more money on the sound system which shook the damn floor. I think they hired Plug to install that shit.

I imagine the reason it took him 10 years to write the movie is because you have to remember how dreams work. If you notice, there’s a lot of dialogue from the characters explaining certain things (i.e. “rules”) that happens in dreams. Most of those things people don’t even remember when they wake up. That takes a lot of concentration.

on another note my only complaint wit teflon don is just that ross should have replaced aston martin music with the remix and just added another verse to balace out drake’s whole 3 minutes. yeah drake kinda ate him on it but the overall song would have been much smoother.
