its a strip mall/plaza for the hood out there. we landed out there in ‘86 when providence was looking like lil compton. after we built the property up, that also has two city grant historical victorians, that we also OWN, the surrounding area got spruced up 10 years after that. you have to petition other business owners to get a liquor license out there and talk to city councilors thru an arduous process. we got ours in a MONTH!
