Home ownership isnt a bad investment… but there are better ones, and since Kza is young it is also a good idea for him to be aggressive with his money cuz if he loses some he has time to make it back.

The market is low right now and is going to rebound eventually so its simple economics. buy low, sell high… unless the illuminati, communist, satanic takeover happens, but then it won’t matter either way.
