put it like this… my family owns a house… it has 3 bedrooms one full kitchen one full dining and one full living room.. all vaulted ceilings… PLUS ANOTHER den.. the size of the living room… its a sun room.. all windows and shit.. we put another pool table in there…

THAT was purchased for a little over 125 back in the day.. the house was appraised recently and is right underneath 200k…
take that for what you will.. we got healthy guls hear too… big ol asses.. if thats your thing…
