Drake was pretty much signed from the beginning… With all the support Wayne was giving him.. Let’s not act like the nigga did it with no cosigns..

^ he will if he makes an album full of songs comparable to under pressure. Everyone will go deaf and resort to sign language.

@456:
When africa wins the whole world wins.
^
sort of agree with this. i don’t believe that the entire world’s ability to succeed depends solely on the success of the continent of Africa. that’s just outright arrogance in place of logic. but i do certainly agree that a successful Africa (btw, any definition of success will do) is a huge step towards a better world for everybody.
as far as me being an African hating colonialist vampire who impedes the walking paths of people of color, well. . .*sigh* . . .uhh sure, man. no amount of condescending arrogance aimed towards me will make me hate Africa. on the same note, i’m not gonna bite my tongue when i observe something wrong. and the way that Africans tend to view African Americans, in my opinion and experience, is just flat out wrong for the reasons stated.
our perspectives are obviously different. i can accept that. just light (somewhat) intelligent convo.

to take as much time as dre has on making detox this album would have to change the landscape of all rap
these ghost written verses would have to be the greatest lyrics written of all time and the beat components would have to be from the most prolific musicians ever born

@ bricktop
I call it like i see it. dividing africans and African Americans is straight out of the slave masters manual. Exploiting tribalism is rule number obe in keeping black people under foot. That day is dead whether people know it or not.
And yes I agree this is just conversation.

What non soccer watchers don’t realize about football is that a game like ghana versus us rewards closer inspection. Tactics, style of play, teamwork, rhythm, national character and pressure are all aspects of the game that Lea to those one or two scores. The drama and build up makes for a more thrilling experience as a viewer. A lot of games come lacking as in any sport but when its good, the sport is comparable to football, basketball or any sport americans think are more exciting.
Ghana vs US>>>>>>>>>>NBA finals

DRE is the most overrated producer in the game. he has discovered stars and has classic albums in his catalogue. but his catalogue ain’t extensive like that of his other counterparts like premo and the rza and he has had mad help from the likes of storch and mel man.
And that under pressure shit sounds like glow-stick gueto shit.
