if you are ever stuck on what to get your lady for birthday/valentines/anniversary have flowers delivered to her work. shit went over like gangbusters today, even though i figured the shit would be mad cliche/corny, the wifey was super happy, because everyone at her office was jealous. this logic makes no sense to me, but wtf ever.

I once sent flowers to my (at the time) gf while she was at school. figured out her schedule and shit so i told the delivery dude (local shop) to be there in a certain range, then call/buzz her room and be like delivery. all her friends saw, and I got outa trouble like THAT.
cost was super cheap too.
