nope. i’m just speechless that you simultaneously admit to opium consumption and being Afghanny, whilst defending your country’s staggering rate of dependency. considering the current climate/recent history (last 30 years) of that part of the earth, i really have no way to respond to that.

Diddy’s smartest move is signing management deals with artists…thats a win/win for both.

correct me if i’m wrong, but i tend to throw opium, coke, & heroin in the same mixed bag of tricks. maybe it’s b/c opium is the one thing that i’m most unfamiliar with. when i hear the word i instantly think of those Chinese opium dens that sprawled throughout America infant years.

  6. DC (District of Chase) Says:

I haven’t listened to any of shynes music since he got out of the bing… is it really that bad…

The reason i haven’t listened is cause I’m a huge Shyne fan, so i don’t want to sully my image of the rapper that I have grown to appreciate

^yeah, thats opium. I wouldn’t put it on the same plane as coke or heroin, but just like all drugs when abused it can be devestating.

I don’t think you could OD by smoking opium…so its more like marijuana in that context.

whether the american public has the patience to let this happen is another question

if they left now, it may/may not be a shit show. none of us know enough, u gotta talk to soldiers who were over there.

  30. Bricktop Says:

not sure if i agree with all the Puffy sentiments. i disagree that he’s actually making great musical strides. it’s just that the rap industry as a whole has greatly sacrificed high quality music for a more significant bottom line. Puffy is getting his Hitler on right now. and by that i mean that Hitler was simply a man who capitalized on the shittiest period in modern German history. if German society managed to maintain a semblance of a normal quality of life after WW1, then Hitler would NEVER have flourished the way he did. fact. Hitler didn’t just magically appear. he was around for years before during Germany’s “better” sociopolitical days, but was considered nothing more than a pest/joke by his own government and society. after WW1, the German people became more desperate and destitute than a thousand Somolias. Puffy, like Hitler, just managed to hang around for years until things got real shitty(musically). i can’t really respect that.

Kids will go to college to learn MORE about busienss. this is an intro class. If you say your going to war with terror, how do you win? It is not possible to kill every single terrorist.. so how far do you have to deplete their resources before you win?

Id say we won Iraqi Freedom.. Since we got Saddam and they are free now..

^I got you, but the school system, literally until the latter years of college don’t teach kids how to think, it teaches them how to do. And by that you learn how to do the things that are necessary for you to enhance the growth of a corporation. You don’t get into the classes that are really needed for your major, regardless to what major it is, until about second semester sophomore year. Prior to that, the general courses you’ve taken since kindergarten have all been to prepare you to be the best worker you can be, not necessarily the best thinker, entrepeneure, owner, mogul. Just the best, assistant, manager, etc. and the reason for that is, if you taught everyone how to be a leader, who’s gonna follow? If everyone thinks like a CEO, who’s actually gonna do the work…
