Dunga left out some new players who showed some major improvements during these 4 years and some names that everyone here (I’m brazilian) believed was going to get picked wasn’t.
Thing with Ronaldinho is, even tho he is a great player, he didn’t play that well last Cup and he been falling off like most key players that come from here, so it’s understandable he let the dude chill for a minute. Specially because Dunga ain’t that much of a good manager to bring Ronaldinho’s A+ game on field.
