Nah, just hitting the elliptical and weights hard.. I got sick every other week for like 2 months.. Decided to step up the diet/exercise game, I’ve been diligent 2-5 times a week since the last week of september. Still fat, but I took off all the weight I put on while I was unemployed/sedentary, plus more energy, sleeping better, and my face is less fat.. It’s a lot of work, but so far it’s been worth it–plus the endorphins helped 86 the Emo.

That’s the idea. I got a biometric screening back in october and while my cholesterol was high, my blood pressure was good and no sign of diabetes or any other nefarious things. Cut out a lot of fried food, upping the salads, cut out soda, cut out desserts/junk food.. It was nice to find out I was “only” fat.
