   if anyone’s cares, i just got the HTC Incredible on Fri. shit’s really nice, but the battery dies fast as hell. has Flash, Java, mobile Skype, plays Itunes, 8M cam w/super bright dual led flash, all that shit. HTC/AnDroid is killing the game right now.

    with that said, the Incredible is niiiice(c) Loso for today. and yeah, the 4G Iphone is gonna be pissy when it drops this summer.

    if i were a gambling man, i definitely would bet against this EVER happening. not with the unholy alliance of Verizon/HTC/AnDroid/Google/Skype. they formed an alliance with the sole intent of knocking off Apple from atop the smartphone totem pole.

    i thought i’d feel the same about the virtual keyboard, but now that i’ve been using the one on my iTouch, i actually HATE typing on a physical keyboard now – especially the miniature ones on cellphones. even typing on my laptop feels like a chore now. those virtual keyboards are like being spoiled with crack showers.

    you guys are kind of overlooking the fact that Apple is in direct competition with Verizon/Google. on the other hand, if Google & Apple were ever to form a total business alliance, the world as we know would probably stop turning. but, as it stands right now, Apple and Google are in a race for global domination, with Google gaining a slight advantage due to its recent alignment with Verizon/HTC/Droid. i could be totally wrong though, so. . ..

    ^Apple’s market share is far superior to the droid phones, so I don’t think Google has any advantage. The real advantage goes to Research in Motion (Blackberry) who has 50% of the smart phone market, but they are quickly becoming irrelevant for non-business purposes, and business won’t be far behind.

    ^That’s not really any type of anti-trust violation. It’s not anti-competitive, per se. You have the right for exclusivity to your own technology.
