***That jawn has been getting atrocious reviews, so far…excerpts of Rotten Tomatoes reviews:

The bastard film of 100 idiots.

There are a lot of things wrong with this remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street, not least of which is that it was made at all.

As is the case with most remakes, this one is pretty pointless.

For all his calculated bumps in the night and shots of creepy-looking preschoolers moping around a boiler room, Bayer misses the little things that made the original so hard to forget. Craven was right to keep his distance from this one.

2010′s Nightmare isn’t just flawed, but without any merit whatsoever, amongst the worst of Platinum Dunes’ cinematic abortions and as bad, if not worse, than Freddy’s Revenge and Freddy’s Dead.

    Good luck staying awake.

I don’t hate the new A Nightmare on Elm Street on principle. I hate the new A Nightmare on Elm Street because it sucks.

A Nightmare On Elm Street will give me bad dreams of studio executives counting up their filthy lucre made off of a generation willing to accept this sort of spoon-fed garbage and not of the monster they’ve so completely neutered by this point.

Freddy’s 2010 makeover made him look like a burn victim meets a Na’vi creature from ‘Avatar.’ Also, for a movie that is about its characters fighting sleep to survive, it’s a shame ‘Elm Street’ induces a few REM-driven naps.

Too many more remakes as dull and bland as A Nightmare on Elm Street could kill off horror movies for good

With Kanye West busy recording his upcoming tentatively-titled album Good Ass Job in his Diamond Head, Hawaii studio, another legendary producer is offering insight into the buzz-heavy project.

“I’m working with Kanye. He reached out to me like, ‘Yo, you at the studio?’” “DJ Premier tells VIBE. “He came by at 8 p.m. and didn’t leave until three in the morning. We were drinking Grey Goose and just bugging out. It was me, Kanye and Showbiz, from Showbiz & AG talking about the whole industry.”

As for Good Ass Job’s overall sound, Preemo says the album, which also reportedly features production from RZA, Q-Tip and Pete Rock, will be a nod to early ‘90s hip hop.

Fabolous DJ Drama mixtapes >> So Far Gone

  102. 456 Says:

***I’m beyond even comparing the two…my question is though, if you’re a Drake stan, which of those demographics applies?

^lol. ran out of argument already? i would change the subject too…

  103. Hopp Says:

Fabolous – There Is No Competition 2 (The Funeral Service)

    ^^

There probably is … But, if so, Drake ain’t part of it.

  104. b-ease Says:

Look, Fab’s not on anybody’s GOAT list, but dude has too many years in for Drake to even get a comparison right now. Not to mention the Funeral mixtape, which he’s absolutely destroying. I dont give enough of a fuck to scroll back to the beginning of the debate, but Fab is the better MC. Period.

  105. illuminati by nature Says:

Drake killed Fab on his own track

    **are you serious?

  106. landlord Says:

Fab is a better MC than Drake…

with that said… as an artist/entertainer, Wheelchair Jimmy destroys Fab, unfortunately… as long as his knees hold up no homo …

  107. 456 Says:

Superwoman >> Best I Ever Had

    ^LMAO

  108. Big_seth Says:

Drake is garbage. End of story. He is really falling of from the nowhere that he actually went. His lyrics are getting worse as time goes.

His must have lost Weezy’s rhyme book.

  109. Harlem World Says:

Oh … Aiight. I wanna see the production credits on that tape. Only names I know that are Cannon and Redd.

    ^^
    should be a good tape

    ^^

    Accurate.

  111. Big_seth Says:

The problem with Fab is not whether or not he has talent, but whether or not he knows what to do with it… pause.

  112. Cashmere Cavalli aka Debonair Cavalier Says:

Not a fan of either one but Drake had a better verse on that Throw it in the bag remix

  113. b-ease Says:

I like Snoop, and have most of his albums, but his guest appearances are the worst…

    ^^
    Co-sign.

  114. Troyvul Says:

Puhleeze. Drake killed Fab on his own track! See: Throw it in the Bag remix.
Next thing u know, Fab’s stealing flows from Aubrey.
    ^
Lets not get ahead of ourselves A Chick. Fab is who Drake strives to be.

    Get love from everybody

***nah, just bored with the argument..I think Drake’s a cornball…Fab’s not Nas or anybody like that, but he’s put out listenable music….and on top of that, he can rhyme…not just speak in the same cadence on every song, with a fake midwest/southern accent and affect…

  118. Hopp Says:

The problem with Fab is not whether or not he has talent, but whether or not he knows what to do with it…

  120. "A" Chick Says:

Wasn’t it No I.D or one of those super producers who was dissin Fab not too long ago?
Sayin Drake should stay away from making music like that lest his career be short lived. It was right before Drake dropped “Killers” with Nipsey.

but Ludacris only recently started that. He used to be better IMO. and Fab is decent. He has some consistancy, but like someone else said “he has had a 10 year career and not said anything of substance”

    which is okay I guess.

^true it didnt deserve the attention it got but reality is fab has career’s worth of “put it in the bag”. he rarely puts out music you listen to more than a few times. drake is a cornball but talent-wise he just got more going for him. i’m done

^And I ain’t mad. Kanye really does have the power to swing the entire rap industry in a different direction, unlike Hov who makes DOA and then releases a CD full of songs that would probably be improved by autotune.
