Em wouldn’t Renegade Nas like he did Jay- unless the song was about alienated fame, cause that’s Em’s shit. Em on guest verses mainly sticks to outdoing rappers with his technical skills; a big part of Renegades is the fact that the subject matter is right up Em’s alley so he was able to outdo Jay on that, too.
What would happen is Nas would probably have the meaningful verses, and Em would overcompensate by having some insane rhyme scheme that’d satisfy his hardcore fans. Em’s verse would be fire, but Nas would still have the better verses.
