Sounds more like Guru and Solar were gay partners and there is a big cover up because they are ‘hip-hop’.
Beyond that the cancer details and timeline is sketchy. Sounds more like AIDS.
The letter is obviously forged by Solar as it takes too many shots for a death-bed fan letter and has the bitter/jealous tone that Solar has always had.

Solid beat and much better than the two previous efforts. But 50 will body him. Cats dont like fif but look at his albums and dj tapes he’s put out; he has a solid catalogue and he has also bodied a couple of cats along the way… he’s consistent.
