Yeah, iPad FTL for most people. It seems like it would be cool for a minute, then lose it’s novelty. Then you have basically an expensive e-reader that drains your pocket every month.
Smart move on Apple’s part though…it’s a blatant attempt to create a channel for a stream of consumables.

I have a kindle. Its very convient. I could be watching TV or read comments and come across a book I’m interested in. I don’t have to go the bookstore, I can just order it on the spot if its availible. Its also great for travel. Its pretty dope IMO.

lol you know Im a gadget\technology fiend. But this just dont make sense to me. if a ebook costs 10 bucks… and a regular book costs 20 bucks… and you just spent 500+ on an ipad.. simple math tells me your going to have to buy alot of damn books to break even.
