If the Eagles win 10 I will be mildly surprised. Our offense at this point is built for the Home Run which actually worked to our detriment last yr. Roll coverage over the top, neutralize Desean, ballgame. I know the hope is that Kolb will be able to pick teams apart underneath because of his accuracy but i’m sorry, a good game against the great KC Chiefs dont make me a believer.

Our D let us down last year. McDermott got a year under his belt so I hope I see improvement. Our secondary is some garbage with or without Sheldon Brown. This isn’t like the Vincent/Taylor era when he had the the corners to replace them. Asante can’t cover for shit, I don’t care how many INTs he has. He gambles and 55% of the time, it pays off…the other times, he gets burnt.
So yeah, I’m not concerned about our offense. We’ll be aight. But watch Andy Reid run the ball more than he ever did under McNabb and watch that shit work. Then I’ll be pissed.
