Dr. Dre’s “Under Pressure” is Dropping on Friday

dr-dre-and-jay-z-in-the-studio

The Detox single featuring Jay-Z is supposed to drop on Friday, that’s of course if Dre doesn’t decide to pull a Dr. Dre. It is indeed an upbeat club record and Ester Dean wrote the hook. No word on if it was produced by Scott Storch yet, though he did recently reveal that he had been reunited with the good doctor.

He’s both. That’s the fundamental concept of the Trinity, seperate entities that are actually the sane entity. People get confused because 1 1 1 doesn’t equal 3 (naturally). But it’s better understood by the formula 1 times 1 times 1 = 1.

    Bong! Knowledge God.

WTF. why make a up-tempo club record. its not like this album needs a lead single for the mainstream, the buzz about it is already of the charts. this is bullshit. SMH. chronic 2001 had no up-tempo club records. its just had heavy real tracks that where so good they got played in the clubs. This shit is not needed.

Black folk did have their own religous practices before being stolen from Africa and it was those same beliefs and practices that allowed them to experience God the way they did with Christianity
    ——
nothing changed but the language… cats wasnt readin the quran back then… the only thing that was stolen was the family unit. that was the most important loss

    ^
best way I can say it is how you might be a father, son, husband, friend, employee, but you’re still HI. You might wear different clothes to play wIth your kid in the park and get dirty, oppose to the suit you might wear to the office. You’re still the same you regardless, but the office people can’t really even understand you or see you if you come to work wearing just your lucky draws. Your lady can handle seeing you in all your glory, but she’s at a different place and a different relationship than the people at the office. So you wrap yourself in a suit and tie…you could have done the same work in flip flops and socks but they couldn’t handle that. So you present yourself in a form that the folks you’re working with can comprehend.

I don’t claim to understand God totally, anyone who does is lying. But I am sure that whatever form He is in on the spiritual plane, I couldn’t even comprehend it.

some Rihanna and Justin Timberlake song just played on MTV…anyone else get annoyed that Timberlake can be all over Rihanna in that video but the powers that be would never let Usher/ Chris Brown/ Ne-Yo be all over Britney/ Christina etc like that?

facing the area where the Sun rises…

    ^

if you’re Muslim, you face Mecca

Muslims in America only face east because the sun rises in the east

obviously, Chinese Muslims face west – because Mecca is west of China

    but nice try

any other claims that people want to make to create fallacious links between islam and paganism?

    i’m taking all comers [ll]

So Land, are you saying that you can’t be 100% a father and 100% a husband? 100% a man and 100% a brother or son?

    ——

    another terrible analogy…

we talkin bout GOD, Jesus , holy spirit, and or man, as seperate but the same entities… not different roles or duties for one person..

your analogy game is horrible Fam …

  122. TheCo!!inB Says:

Jesus prayed to God a gang of times outside of the book of Matthew…he prayed as a son asking something of his father. If by accounts of the story, Jesus was the son of God, a human, flesh and all, what’s hard to grasp about him praying to his father Rome?

yall got this nigga started now 2

  124. Crackavelli Tha Don Says:

The actual people in the bible spoke arabic and hebrew, not English. There’s no way that the mistranslation from Sun to Son can take place.

the running around the KaBah to simulate the Earth’s rotation around the Sun…

    rooted in sun worship…

and who says sun worship is pagan?… and what and who defines pagan?

    on some real shit.
religion is there because as humans we need something that tells us why.
why this happens, why that happens and religion fills that gap.

i got my ears pierced and some stupid girl told me God does not love men who pierce their ears, i looked at her and felt like throwing the bible and saying catch the holy ghost bitch
    ^^

thats what used to annoy me when I went church when I was younger. The old people giving me dirty looks for wearing a hat or trainers…WTF does it matter what I’m wearing?? Especially when the men are wearing top hats and the women those big loud hats with flowers and fruits (n)

    well, Chris has some reasons

    ^^

maybe Chris was a bad example to use…

if you study the origins of many of Christianity’s holiday, you’d realize that most – if not all – of them have Pagan origins. Christmas included.

Ya’ll are some fuggin haters. Nothing better to do than get on Nah right and talk shit about the dude who’s albums are in ALL OF YOUR iTunes/Disc collection whatever.

So what he took fuckn 10 years to put an album out? I would take that any day over any of the shit ANY OF YOUR FAVORITE ARTISTS HAVE PUT OUT.

Dr. Dre has NEVER put out a wack album. For the most part he has never produced a wack beat.

I wish I could be there to witness you fags who are talking shit, buy this album. Ya’ll stay losing with that fuggin mentality. Hip-Hop and Rap in general will WIN when this album is released. MARK MY MUHFUGGIN WORDS

  132. hejsa Says:

    On-topic

I am looking forward, I’m hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I’m just afraid I am going to be disappointed, but I sure do hope he has some hard core west coast sound to it, if not, I KNOW I am going to be disappointed. Just hope it’s a bit like Chronic 2001, because when I hear all these statements about dance-music, making music that fits in now, I come to think of people like Lady Gaga, she sucks bad, and maybe he’ll make something like that just to sell some albums.

  133. sowait Says:

I’ll only believe all this detox shit when it is on the shelves. That will probably be the last CD I ever cop if it does hit the shelves but I highly doubt this is coming out lol

  134. sowait Says:

Oh and Dr. Dre shouldn’t need to make “dance-music” to sell detox otherwise there is no such thing as hip hop anymore!
