I was raised to be a good person… I try to do what is right in a given situation, and I try to avoid what is wrong.
I understand what religion was CREATED for… I also understand that, at the base of the majority of religions after you get past all of the blind fanaticism, there is a good and solid moral foundation. I basically live by those morals, without having to subscribe to all the other stories and lore that come attached to them (ie Noahs Ark, Creationism etc)
