i doubt another ATL artists will ever even scratch the surface of the greatness that was Outkast. Along with Goodie Mob they put out some of the best, most timeless hip hop albums ever, not just in the south. Theres no more soul in the music
^people don’t wanna hear this though. Five albums of pif. Outkast first 3 and Goodies first 2 raised me. I can recite those joints in my sleep. Organized on the beats…rap owes these brothers.

co-sign. Goodie Mob was on some real life, save our ppl type of shit. They never glorified the ice and chains and all that material shit. They dropped knowledge and still kept ya head noddin (II) at the same time. I miss that shit but these new cats just want a quick dollar, they could care less about the message bein sent to our childrens ears and the influence they have on the culture

for them to announce that Act II is dropping Dec 25 to no later than sometime after New Years it difficult to believe that they hadnt had most if not ALL the records done already….
