    You can always tell when someone isn’t from the street on these website. Followed by I snitched. I doubt that homie. They have this thing called a PSi that you get if you snitch or are snitched on. TIP doesn’t have one and if he did don’t you think it would be out there by now. There are laws around snitching and all the paperwork can be picked up by anyone by going to your states office or filling out the proper federal paperwork.
