Tony Touch had a J Dilla and Big Pun tribute show last night on Toca Tuesdays. Hours 1 & 2 were the Dilla tribute and hours 3 & 4 were the Pun tribute.
Hour 1: ?uestlove Spins a J Dilla set
Hour 2: Busta Rhymes calls in + Black Thought and Q-Tip Freestyle
The Big Pun tribute featured Just Blaze, Sean C & LV, Young Lord, Juju of The Beatnuts, Buckwild, DJ Soul, DJ Green Lantern, and a call in from N.O.R.E.
*At my request, they included the music, and not just the talking parts. It seemed more appropriate considering the nature of the show.

I was leaning on credit about 3 years until I decided to readjust how I did family finances. But I was completely aware of how I was killing myself credit wise. I barely have a 700 FICA right now but deciding not to use credit at the age of 25 was the best decision financially I’ve ever made.
cOLD has become a certified gemologist in my eyes now. His attention to the detail and the precision of the stones he’s cut the past few posts have been damn near flawless.

The recession is just the money shifting from the industrial age to the information age. Most of the people who lost their jobs were laborers. Money don’t leave, it shifts. In this game, it’s up to you to figure out how to make that transition and continue to get money. While all these people got laid off, there are 100′s of people in their 20′s still making 6 figures a year and that number is increasing. Take heed.

This is true plug….Kids get into debt because their parents probably aren’t good at living below their means or being good stewards. The culture of America is to keep up with the next man, so thats why a lot of people fall into these debt crisis. America Lives on Credit which is why we are in debt to China and it just so happens to trickle down. What you live by, you will die by. Credit Cards are more evil than good, because people do not know the proper way to use them, thus most people think its a blank check and try to leverage their future. The culture of Mortgaging your future is a risky path.

I would do flats and dulpexes because they house 2 or more families. if you renting a single family home, if the family stops payin, then you screwed. but if you renting a flat or duplex (which cost the same as a multi family home), you are less likely to lose. the likelyness of both family’s not paying is lower… still possible but lower
