Let’s try this again. After the video for the remix was (presumably) inadvertently leaked by AOL Music’s Spinner website last week, it was quickly taken down. Of course DatNewCudi ripped it and re-uploaded it but they made him take that down too. You guys really dont get it? This is a huge song in the UK and sounds just like a beat that Cudi would sing on anyway. I must say that Dan Black’s lyrics are far better than Kudi who just seems to throw up on a lot of his songs…
Regardless this is a good look for both of them and its another epic song for Cudi to perform, especially in Europe. Cudi isnt really a rapper in case you haven’t noticed. His persona is not tough or hard (minus the few quzi fights/ run ins with the cops) so what’s wrong with this song?
Nothing and it should be on the radio, infectiously getting stuck in the heads of teenagers all over the country. Its good pop music.

Right but its not much of a hip hop song…
In fact other than the drum beat there really isn’t anything hip hop about it…
I wouldn’t expect more then a handful of nahright regulars to like it but you can understand why he did this. Its a solid look for a US artist.
