Video: Saigon Interview w/ AHH + Just’s Response

Saigon tells AllHipHop that he’s still bound to Atlantic Records although they do own the masters to The Greatest Story Never Told.

After the jump, Just Blaze’s response(s) that he put on Twitter:

ATTN: I did NOT “try and fake” ANYTHING in regards to Atlantic. Far as I know Saigon is/was off the label. If there were particulars still lingering I was not aware. – 2 Hours Ago

themegatrondon

I Dont do publicity stunts. And I don’t fake things for public perception. That devalues my word to the people when I’m speaking on something real. What’s done is done at this point, but I don’t play that game. Faking being off of a label would not help anyone at the end of the day. – 1 Hour Ago

And finally, just 20 minutes ago, Just said this:

Let me clarify. I was a bit aggy when I woke up.. To my knowledge Atlantic agreed to release Sai. But there were probably terms that had yet to be resolved. I know it took a second for the agreement to be put in place as far as being able to walk with the masters, but there were probably other terms that still needed to be renegotiated. Probably point overrides and buyout fees. That was the last I heard. Apparently that end of it still isn’t done I guess? I was never involved with that part of the situation really. When Sai said that I think he wasn’t really thinking about te context and it probably just came out a little wrong. All the more reason we gotta be careful when talking to the folks with cameras. All is good tho. I just dint like waking up to headlines like “just blaze lied!!!”. Back to destroying and rebuilding. Good day all. – 20 Minutes Ago

When cats be on that “grammar steez” It’s kind of cringeworthy because it be on some corny shit.

    ^^
No, “cringeworthy” is using multiple aliases on a site you frequent, and having some of said aliases actually be females.

The only reason you’re gettting aggy about the “grammar steez” is because the truth hurts. I know you re-read that sentence after you hit submit and begged God you could take it back, lol. Why? Cause it made NO SENSE.

not jus thip hop most new genres emerge bc of this…it might not be the same type of oppression but in some aspect a group of people feel misrepresented and breath life into new genres…then masses jump on the bandwagon makin it popular…thats y i see these hipsters as the only next shyt really..

  31. landlord Says:

Boosie … i only got one more comment for you cause you already finished yourself off …

you can say that that cross dressing commenting is just jokes if you want to, but youve used your female persona to compliment niggas and leave messages for men niggas at nahning before…

    1. homosexual
    2. down low faggot
    3. queer
    4. curious about being a queer
    5. all of the above

there’s no excusing your repeated homosexual behaviors and other aka related childish fuckery, like beefing and cosigning yourself and imitating other commenters… seriously you need some mental evaluation, unless you happy with that type of self torment … and dont even respond cause everyone has been made well aware of your chronic faggotry and deviant behaviors…

peace be unto you … get some help son…

    ^^^
Co-sign this nigga (Jay Electronica) damn near 35…no album and niggas already saying he running hip hop…LOL!!!! This nigga got to put in work and several albums before that can even be a serious topic of discussion! And at this rate his first album will be when he is 45 years old! Damn Act II was in the making 3+ years and they have used every excuse known to man for reasons why it is being delayed!

  36. unity Says:

Besides, what I understand from Jay Electronica’s interviews he made a choice to be homeless and struggle and refused to get a job because he wanted to be a rapper!

  37. Bane the Carny Says:

This fucking goose here.. Saigon needs to stop Whining.. I can’t deny this mans skills but whenever he’s interviewed or shit gets personal, he comes off unlikable. I used to love hearing his tracks & I WAS waiting on the album.. but honestly, I’m passed it. He can keep the fucking album.
That shit with Prodigy, the hit & run, was funny.. Then Budden drops a line “As soon as my wife gone they all on the Python/ They don’t know I’m out to hit and run like Saigon…” to which Saigon hiked up his skirt & exposed his massive, sand filled vagina to the world. How can you get shitty with a man stating the facts.. I would’ve run too. ah fuck it, he’s not even worth the thought.
