For whatever point you’re trying to make just look at the state of the culture, are you really proud?
^^
The state of the culture is really due to the fact that the internet encouraged a “music is disposable” mindset that decreased attention spans severely, mags like Ego Trip folded and mags like XXL started writing extended promo pieces as opposed to doing investigative journalism, and most importantly, but never mentioned, MTV and BET stopped playing videos.

GLASGOW, Scotland — United States midfielder DaMarcus Beasley’s BMW has been set on fire outside his home in Glasgow.
The incident happened Monday in the Scottish city. Beasley, who plays for Glasgow Rangers in the Scottish Premier League, said Wednesday on Twitter that “someone blew up my car.” He added that he was “glad no one got hurt.”
Strathclyde Police says it is treating the incident as “willful fireraising” and that inquiries are ongoing.
Rangers has described it as a “disturbing and deplorable incident.” The club is currently in first place, 10 points ahead of archrival Glasgow Celtic.
It’s not the first time Beasley has faced vandalism or abuse during his career in Europe.
In December 2008, Beasley’s car was broken into and ransacked outside his home. It was the fourth in a series of break-ins targeting Rangers players.
Beasley and teammate Maurice Edu have also suffered racial taunts from fans at matches during their careers in Europe.

And I hate ace hood, but his freestyle on the bet cyphers last year was dope, it was more stage presence and flow than bars, but that’s more than anything I can say about maino.

I hear you,but what i’m really focused on is this”south running shit”mentality. That shit is fool’s gold.West Coast went through it when Pac was alive and talking all that west side shit.Just look at the Grammys for instance,if the south is running shit where was the representation?Rap/hip hop is a category at the end of the day.East coast has always dominated the Grammys and still does. The truth is,south rap today is like that family member you’re ashamed of but you gotta claim him cause he related.
