and the award to person who least knows what they are talking about goes to………….. Jihad
smfh, most people (yourself probably included) loved an insane amount of Dilla beats, problem is you never knew they were Dilla beats. Once Dilla died people were shocked and amazed at all the classics he did that they never knew about, how you gonna talk only about slum village w/ Dilla? You ever hear or realize the beats he made for tribe and De la? what about the fact that the only reason anyone has ever heard of pharcyde is because of the Dilla beats, not to mention all the crack that has ben released after his death. After his death you had the busta dillagence joint, the term/ dilla mixtape, countless rappers using beats from Donuts (the fact that you refuse to listen to a beat cd because its called Donuts is a new all time high for ridiculousness) and of course the beats he made for Jay Electronica that were all over the Styles war EP….. but you don’t know that though ………

Uhh, lets try this again asshole. (oh,and if your gonna put my name in our mouth, make sure you spell it with a big D– lord knows our comfortable with it in your jaw)
Apparently the only thing you took from my post is that I don’t give a fuck about Jay Dee aka J Dilla– thats true. i KNOW (not knew) of plenty of his beats NOW, after he died. I wasn’t one of those niggas who studied CD liners and back in the early 90′s, niggas didn’t advertise who the FUCK was producing for them, you either fucked with the beat or not. The only producers I knew about (or cared about for that matter) were Preemo, RZA, Dr. Dre, and (yes) Bad Boy’s Hitmen. They were the only real “celebrity” producers that were advertising themselves. I know NOW that Jay Dee worked with Tribe, and D’Angelo, and for that, good looking- that nigga got me a LOT of pussy with Brown Sugar.
Secondly, I don’t listen to not of that shit yo just posted because its not for ME– I’m like Sean P, “I fucks with strictly Hardcore Hip-Hop and Mary J records,” so 90% of the shit that gets posted on this site I ignore, and its also why I ignore most of the comments on this site– ya’ll niggas argue over the stupidest things. I stand by my point, however; most of ya’ll niggas didn’t KNOW who Dilla was either, or didn’t bother to fuck with his music to the degree that pussy londoners are wearing “Dilla Saved My Life” T-shirts everyday. All those MCS (except maybe Busta) didn’t fuck with Dilla, or they wouldn’t be stealing his music to make songs over– like I said before, that nigga might have been able to afford his Lupus treatments if these niggas was giving him work that whole time. Jadakiss said Dead rappers get better promotion, and I’m saying Dead producers get their catalogue raped because no one can stop it.
So basically, I don’t fuck with the nigga because I didn’t before; I am missing out? In your eyes, yeah. To me, fuck that nigga. He’s didn’t make some large amount of music for me (and Tribes third album sucked donkey dick), but I respect his music enough that I am not going to front like some of the rabid stanleys, which I consider an even greater disrespect than fronting like I know all about him and been bumping his music.
Finally, to the London asshole how keeps my name in his mouth– I sign my name to my posts because there is someone else who posts on various websites as “jihad”<—–notice the small “D” and I don’t want to be confused with him. Plus, it allows me find posts when I google myself. If that doesn’t answer your question, I suggest you find travel to Ireland and try to convert a couple of Catholics, or whatever it is you Englanders do on your spare time.

Fail and double fail. If you dont even check for producers your opinion on production doesn’t mean much. And Tribe’s 3rd album was MM. I think Jihad=Lupe.
