Taylor’s victory had more to do with the Grammys attempting to skew younger than anything. They’ve lost alot of rating and caught a shitload of flack the past couple years for giving album of the years to Steely Dan, Ray Charles etc, as opposed to more popular better selling artists. The closing performance with Drake and them, plus her win was a way to to do this.
It also worked as an “f-you” to Kanye. Two birds, one stone.

to me it means Ye is open to evolving. TO ME the best artists allow themselves to grow and break their own mold.
you can look at Jigga before and now and artistically he has hardly evolved. But Ye changes with each album, he’s far more honest, raw and courageous than Camel and thus a better, more complete artist.
No one has ANY idea what he’s gonna bring with his next album but it is easily the most anticipated hip hop album in the world right now. When was the last time Jigga surprised you?
