   NEW YORK — An advertisement featuring the NBA’s two biggest superstars includes a gun reference, the same week two players were suspended for carrying firearms to the locker room.

   The Nike ad, inside the cover of this week’s editions of ESPN The Magazine and Sports Illustrated, has LeBron James on one page and Kobe Bryant on the other. Along with the slogan, “Prepare For Combat,” is a quote from each player showing how tough he is.

   Bryant’s blurb says: “I’ll do whatever it takes to win games. I don’t leave anything in the chamber.”

    for the same exact fucking money the Lakers Offered. He said Nah that isnt enough I will look around. Lakers Turn around and offer that money to Ron Artest and he takes it. Ariza is left scratching his head and takes the same money with the Rockets

    ^But ariza wanted more playing time tho, which he wasn’t gonna get being the 4th option in LA, and now with yao and t-mac going down, he’s almost there go to guy (n) And at the beginning of the season

    Ariza > Odom and artest.

    he’s hit a slump, but he was balling and showed he’s a better offensive player than odom. He would’ve never got that shot in LA

    But what about getting Jamal Crawford? That was a great move. Curry had a great season playing alongside him.

    Isaiah fucked up in NY but Larry Brown coming in fucked the team up even worse.

    Thomas actually had a nice run coaching the Pacers. He was doomed in NY.

    NBA is a dictatorship, but it has to be to keep white fans interested in the game. If niggas are acting too black, then ticket prices will go down and fans wont come to the games.
