i would like an explanation for this as well. i thought i knew but i was mistaken. i think its a trending topic on twitter but i’m still confused as to what it means exactly. if it’s impetus is from twitter then the bird gangs can have it. if not and its something generated from hip-hop culture i would like to know what the deal is.
