   smh at u quoting breaded wings…my man reg. wings with just hot sauce (no carbs in either) are fine, trust me, check the keto diet (which is followed by many bodybuilder and fitness models and you will see they are ok, wings, hot sauce, i cant blieve its butter and u will be ok….i live this (fitness, this is not sumthin i play around with, been on my fitness sh!t, since uconn days playin football
