    ^ the low budget crew is a crew of rappers and producers from the dc/md area who have been putting out dope hip-hop since the mid 90s: kev brown, kenn starr, roddy rod, cy young…they get busy. if you’re a 90s boom bap fan, they’re your folk. if you love dilla’s production, they’re your vibe. give em a chance. they got spit AND dope beats.
