>>The whole lets compete on every track style is cool for alot of their fans, but the chemistry just wasn’t there for me.
===
they know how to go hard on tracks(ll), but they do lack natural chemistry.

damn that last post with donnie goines was awful.

I’m HIGH SO
In about 5 years hip hop will go back to being an underground form of entertainment, the clubs will be smaller and cater to Drake, Lil Wayne, and Drake knockoffs.
Look at the internet as the new “underground”..we have access to and listen to music the general public doesnt..and it’s mostly free the way shit should be..weed out most of the bullshit artists only in it to make a buck.

who’s fault is that?? who rushing them? the album turned out good anyway. but even all the tracks they did prior to the album they took time with, most ended up sounding like battle raps. they lack the natural chemistry of a red and meth, chef and ghost, kiss, styles and louch.

No excuse. If you can’t make a fluid album in 2 days or however long they took, take longer. What’s the rush? It’s like that 24 shit Saigon did. How you gonna brag that you finished in one day if it’s just aight?

^^This
It just doesn’t sound like a group to me. Sounds like a compilation.

^^
That’s exactly what it is. I was flipping thru the new XXL during my lunch break, and they made a comparison between the current crop in “net-stars”, and the Rawkus led underground movement of the late 90s.

Mickey Factz, Charles ham, donnnie Goines etc are our modern day members of the chitlin circuit.. I bet a lot of clubs are downsizing so they can make money of these low budgeted, one hit wonders.
December 15th, 2009 at 3:34 pm
It’s bad enough that niggas don’t even meet face to face to do music most times now. If you are in the studio to collaborate, you’d be better off knocking out a couple of bangers opposed to an album worth of average music.

Word. Can you imagine every nigga on every song on 36 chambers.

I have never listened to any posts of the following artists signed to Nah Right Records:
Mazzi
Donny Goines
Swollen Members
Marco Polo
Ruste Juxx
P.O.R.N
Louwop
Gavin
Truck North
I will never listen to a nigga named P.O.R.N, what a cornball ass nigga.
December 15th, 2009 at 3:37 pm
i quickly became flabbergasted at the total lack of skill displayed
^^^^^^
yeah same way the crowd looks at his shows… just happened to be at a couple spots that he was performin at… but alot of people give him a break bc hes a “nice guy”…at least that was their explaination when i asked who booked him…

Fair comparison. Wonder how many of these dudes will still be relevent even to the internet 5 years from now.

He’s actually decent, but every track he does I fast forward his verse to get to black thought or Dice Raw’s. Any song he has not featuring them I wouldn’t bother listening too.

Mickey Factz, Charles Hamilton, and Donnie Goines don’t have one hit between the 3 of them.
