You guys should post this Maestro Knows episode. It’s the new season and features 9th Wonder. Some of the posts (excluding this one) have been pretty lame and maybe you can put this instead of some bullshit post -

producer money > rapper money
^^^^
you’d be suprised …its not that great… producuers spend most their time waitin ontheir check to come in for beats..cause they so thirsty ffor placement they give early cleareances… second when ur a hot producer labels wholesale ur beats, like buy 20 from u for 10 stacks… but u only get paid when u use them… at least artist get that bread upfront..
^^
damn i never knew.
but u when u hear nas payin a mill for a beat and hearin rumors how much alchemist got for his carter 3 beat ..ur imagination goes wild

“This is where it starts becoming a major pain in the ass. I’ve known Juelz for
about 5 years now where I’ve learned the hard way that he loves taking his
sweet time. I brought him the track with Fab’s completed verse and he took
an instant liking to it and told me he’d get on it ASAP. ASAP in his dictionary
means 7 months. That’s life when you are dealing with rappers sometimes.
I lost count how many times I called,”
—————————————————
“sent the track with Fabolous and Juelz on it to Wayne and he sent it back a few days later. Not only with the 3rd verse done, but he filled in the hook as well, which we weren’t expecting.”
that hardest working rapper in the history of rap.
i dare anybody to question his work ethic

Well dude does say he makes 2 tracks a day, everyday.
And he’s proved his work rate is crazy with all the mixtapes he was putting out.
In terms of mixtapes, Wayne, Papoose and Charles Hamilton lead in terms of work ethic, although I may be unaware of others.

i was choppin it w/this homegirl about drug use and its influence on music and weezy came up. she tried to tell me that it doesn’t play a part in the talent of an artist that they already had that in them. in weezy case tho i told her that homie is coked up gettin his music done and it’s hit or miss but its certainly affected by it.
then i showed her that DEA x wayne clip and she conceded her argument.
