Uh, who cares? Was I supposed to dislike it because he was involved? Yes, I acknowledged the fact that he co-produced it, but still, the video wasn’t like a corny film for young adults or a mediocre war film.
I was thinking this video was going to have effects similar to the Animal Collective video since Cudi used the same director. Cudi said he was going to try and make another video featuring MGMT and Ratatat. Drake’s appearance in this video makes me wonder if people will actually believe he was on the song. Are people that stupid? Yes. Overall, it was an ok video, but I think more eccentric and surreal scenes would’ve gone well especially since Kid Cudi is into the experimental indie music scene.
