^Vol.3 is good, I was comparing it to his other albums, and it’s at the bottom of the list, but it was definently good, it has a dated sound tho, with all of the swizz beats, and out dated references, but it’s still hot. FTR, NYMP is one of my favorite Hov songs

Vol1 has some of his best songs and some of his worst songs. It’s a mixed bag, but its hard to call an album with streets is watching, where im from, and imaginary player wack.

Not to mention million and one question and friend or foe 2.

KC, AG, and BP3 all pale in comparison to his pre-”retirement” catalogue. This is fact.

But there’s such a bitterness on BP3. The songs are almost condescending to the listener. I can see how Beans got tight. Illmatic is told form a different perspective from RTD & RD and even with it’s outdated production, I think it’s timeless.

But there’s such a bitterness on BP3. The songs are almost condescending to the listener. I can see how Beans got tight.
