I’m getting tired of people saying em doesn’t come at rappers like he didn’t roast ja rule, benzino, and everyone at the rap olympics… not to mention that he already cooked canibus years ago. But w/e that isn’t the point… eminem is a better song maker/artist than canibus. That is an undeniable fact. And as for straight spitting… he roasted him. its over. Canibus is nice. He has so much skill… but he lost… move on. LOL! Relapse 2 was also the biggest marketing scam this year by making people believe it was going to be a good album, because it was one of the worst rap albums this year.
I don’t care about what Eminem did in the past, it’s about what a person is doing now. If I went by your logic DMX would still be considered great today, LOL! Eminem has fell off lyrically, big time.
Record sales doesn’t make an artist the greatest. Record sales are determined by the marketing & promotion done by your major label. For ex. Eminem was talented when he released Infinite, but it didn’t sell because nobody knew who he was because he didn’t have the money &/or a major label machine behind him to market & promote him with a bunch of gimmicks.
There are rap artist out here right now who are way more talented then eminem and other signed artist people don’t know about, because they’re not signed.
In opinion I believe Everlast’s diss track “Whitey’s Revenge” destroyed Feminem. From start to finish Whitey’s Revenge fucked Feminem up.

Em got his work cut out, ironically, I was just tellin my girl last week, about this rapper named Cannibis who can rhyme better then eminem but never went gold, he cannot make a pop record but he can battle rap all day, maybe the only rapper that can really get at em, if em responds which I dont think he will cause he knows better, but if he responds this could be one of the greatest battles of all time. Could give Cannibis some shine, be good for his career.
