Shout-out to the Nah Right comments – we have the best comment section on the internet, hands down. Whenever my comments section comes up, all I hear is that, ‘The comments are not about the post, it doesn’t make sense!’ But people gotta understand that it’s a community. A lot of those people you see in the comments have been commenting there since 2005 when I started the site, and we’ve been meeting on Nah Right for the last four years

The black album >>> BP3
without question..
but
BP3>BP2
and the massacre > bisd.
the production on the massacre >>
the singles on the massacre >>
the massacre had like 4 top 5 singles
the massacre sold like 1200 billion copies in one week
the aggresive content on BISD is extremely corny and forced.

LOL @ BP3 > BP2
November 7th, 2009 at 10:10 am
BP2 was about 25 tracks too long
BP3 has more stand out tracks
empire state of mind>>>
D.O.A>>>
plus the cultural impact of the BP3 crushes that of BP2…
obviously Jay’s flow/lyrics on Bp2>Bp3
but overall…
November 7th, 2009 at 10:13 am
kanyes work BP3 was dissapointing
didnt he claim to have made the greatest hiphop beat ever on BP3 in some interview? i remember reading that on nahlight.
November 7th, 2009 at 10:39 am
BP3 doesnt have any cultural impact … it just has one song thats getting played to death …
the Yankees made Empire State Of Mind more famous than JayZ did …
November 7th, 2009 at 10:48 am

these are most of the songs from BluePrint2…
“Hovi Baby”
“Bitches & Sisters”
“Show You How”
“A Ballad for the Fallen Soldier”
“Nigga Please”
“Blueprint²”
“Some People Hate”
“Some How Some Way”
“Meet the Parents”
“U Don’t Know” (Remix) (Featuring M.O.P.)
“Fuck All Nite”
“All Around the World”
“Excuse Me Miss”
“’03 Bonnie & Clyde”
“A Dream”
“The Watcher 2″
“Poppin’ Tags”
“The Bounce”
“Guns & Roses”
“As One”
“2 Many Hoes”
“What They Gonna Do”
… there’s not one song on BluePrint 3 that is as good as any of the above songs … not in no way shape or form… the beats were better (just blaze) and JayZ was in his lyrical prime right after Nas smacked fire out of him (Ether) ….

good points but – what about answer the call? that concert in itself was bigger than anything BP2 related..
all of the BP3 singles thus far have been hits, yet none of them contained autotune or synths..all of them had samples…thats pretty rare for hiphop tracks on the charts these days…gotta applaud him for that. plus DOA was pretty much the nail in the coffin for autotune..BP3 definately had more cultural impact than BP2…i mean jay-z was on oprah yo
November 7th, 2009 at 11:02 am
and the beat on run this town is better than the beats on 75% of those tracks you mentioned
November 7th, 2009 at 11:06 am
plus BP3 triggered sigelgate/curtisgate/gamegate
November 7th, 2009 at 11:06 am
John Dillinger, Billy the Kid, Jack the Ripper, The Boston Strangler, Obama, Oprah, Bill Gates, Eminem and the devil known as jay Z have something in common do you know what it is?

November 7th, 2009 at 11:13 am
Why are niggas arguing about BP2 and BP3 when they know BP1 leaves them both in the dust?
*Morning Daps to those who deserve it*
November 7th, 2009 at 11:16 am
BP2 didnt have as much impact, because Nas had just knocked Jay off his throne for a while with Ether… niggas was too busy laughing at JayZ at that time, to allow him any impact …
November 7th, 2009 at 11:20 am
>>good points but – what about answer the call? that concert in itself was bigger than anything BP2 related..
^Land is talking about which album is better and you’re talking bout what concerts were spawned out of an album. smh. Answer the call could have been done when Jay came back with Kingdome Come or any other year after 9/11. He just chose to do it this year.
>>plus DOA was pretty much the nail in the coffin for autotune.
^DOA is maad overrated. Sales of autotune devices went up after DOA dropped. Check the stats. smh. Others were clowning autotune on songs almost a year before Jay was, but when he does it, its a huge deal. Its another classic example of Jay getting credit for something he didn’t start. He deserves props, but dude gets over propped at times.
