Beanie Sigel=Grant Hill. His production never matched his potential and he spent too much time on the injured list (in jail). He’s right for having beefs and he seems slightly more focused than normal but this acting out isn’t going to get him the results he wants. The lesson: don’t look back, you can never go back. Rough math even if he were making the Young Gunz rate of 1200 a show, if he did say, 30 shows a year w/Rocafella that 36K add, say 40K for an album advance, and maybe an additional 10 shows at the 1200 rate. Sigel would’ve been looking at 36+12+40=88K a year. And that’s a conservative estimate. That’s middle class. You can more than pay your bills on that. Contracts are contracts and business is business, don’t get mad because you didn’t have a plan.
