    The beat is sick. The sample is “Mother’s Theme”, by Willie Hutch from “The Mack” OST. Ayatolla cut the hell out of that and extracted a different vibe. Used on Lupe Fiasco’s “Could Been”, as well as 1NF0′s “Poetry”(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQMxMalwMhc).
